What kinds of businesses do you typically work with?
Most of our clients are Malaysian operating businesses — manufacturing firms, financial services companies, professional services practices, and government-linked entities. What they share is an internal data problem that is specific enough to address with a scoped ML engagement, and decision-makers who prefer to understand the system they are commissioning rather than treat it as a black box.
How much data do we need before starting a pilot?
There is no fixed minimum, but we are candid about what we find. For most classification tasks, we look for at least several hundred labelled examples; for forecasting, two to three years of consistent historical records is a useful starting point. The Data Readiness Assessment exists precisely for situations where you are uncertain — we examine what you have and give you an honest picture before any pilot budget is committed.
What happens at the end of the twelve-week pilot?
You receive working software, a written assessment of where the model's outputs should and should not be trusted, and a documented handover to your team covering operation and maintenance. We do not position the end of a pilot as the start of a long-term retainer. If further work makes sense, we discuss it at that point on its own merits.
Is the Leadership Reading Session conducted in Bahasa Malaysia?
We deliver the session in English by default, with supporting materials available in Bahasa Malaysia on request. The written summary provided at the end can be prepared in either language or both. Let us know when you enquire.
Do you handle our data in-house or use external cloud services?
We prefer to work within your existing infrastructure wherever the engagement allows. When external compute is necessary, we document which services are used, what data passes through them, and why. Any use of third-party services is covered in the engagement agreement before work begins.
Are your fees inclusive of SST?
The prices listed are exclusive of SST. We are a registered SST-liable service provider. Invoices will reflect SST at the applicable rate. For corporate clients with SST registration, the relevant exemption process can be discussed at engagement.
