How We Approach Each Engagement
Examine first
We look at what data your firm actually holds before proposing any approach. The fit between data and technique is verified before any code is written.
Define precisely
Success criteria are agreed in writing before work begins. This means the engagement is evaluated against what was promised, not what turned out to be easier.
Hand over completely
The deliverable belongs to your team. Documentation, transfer sessions, and maintenance notes are included as a matter of course — not as an optional extra.
Engagement 01
Applied Machine Learning Pilot
A scoped twelve-week engagement in which our team works alongside a Malaysian operating business to build, evaluate, and deploy a single ML capability against a real internal problem. Typical pilots address forecasting, classification, or document processing tasks for which the firm already has data of reasonable quality. The deliverable is working software, documented honestly, with a written assessment of where the model's judgement should be relied upon and where it should not.

Engagement 02
Data Readiness Assessment
A short engagement for organisations that suspect their data is not yet in a condition to support the AI work they have in mind. We examine the firm's data sources, their custodianship, and their fitness for the kinds of question the leadership team would like to put to them. The output is a written assessment, plain in its language, naming what is and is not ready, and proposing the practical sequence of work that would close the gap.

Engagement 03
Technical Reading Session for Leadership
A half-day workshop conducted at the client's premises, intended for senior leaders who want a careful, non-promotional account of where machine learning systems can and cannot help their firm. We explain the relevant techniques in plain terms, walk through three or four worked examples drawn from comparable industries, and end the session with a written summary of the questions worth pursuing further.

All processes reviewed against Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Client PDPA obligations also advised upon.
