Our Process
A Method Built for Clarity, Not Complexity
Our process is designed to give your organisation clear information at each stage, so that decisions can be made by the people responsible for them. We do not use complexity as a barrier to understanding.
The twelve-week pilot is divided into three phases: data examination and model design (weeks 1–4), build and evaluation (weeks 5–10), and handover (weeks 11–12). Each phase ends with a written update to the engagement sponsor.
